Jerry Brown endorses San Bernardino County DA Michael Ramos
It was standing room only, last night at the Ontario Doubletree Hotel as District Attorney Michael Ramos made his case for re-election. The Bail Hotline was there, along with an excited crowd as Democratic CA Governor Jerry Brown gave a rousing endorsement to the Republican DA.
The Governor also pushed his tax plan and state measure to raise $6 Billion for law enforcement, much of this due to the effects of CA bill AB-109.
AB-109 was signed into law last year, and puts the burden of incarcerating inmates on counties for the purpose of easing overcrowded, and expensive state prisons.
